Law firm Maurice Blackburn is investigating a potential class action against vehicle manufacturer Jaguar Land Rover on behalf of owners of a range of models, including the Range Rover and Land Rover Discovery over an alleged faulty diesel filter system which causes some vehicles to suddenly lose power.

Maurice Blackburn says the class action will potentially include tens of thousands of owners because it stretches back almost 12 years to include those who either bought or leased one from January 1, 2011.
