Sick of traffic fines? This IPO candidate might have the answer
Acusensus, a company that enables police and governments to use high-tech cameras on mobile trailers to detect if car drivers are illegally using mobile phones, is eyeing a potential initial public offering as overseas growth climbs.
Established by Alex Jannink and Ravin Mirchandani in 2018, Acusensus has contracts with authorities in NSW, Queensland and Western Australia, and an increasing pipeline of pilot programs in the United States, India and South Africa using its technology.
