Tourism & Transport Forum boss Margy Osmond says the federal government needs to offer more support if it cannot get states and territories to agree to a consistent framework for border rules during the pandemic.

“If you are not going to sort out the state borders, well then, you have to recognise you have materially disadvantaged our industry,” Ms Osmond said.
