Tourism businesses won’t survive without wage subsidies

Tourism industry leaders have warned of significant job losses and business closures if there is not some type of wage subsidy to replace the JobKeeper scheme, which ends at the end of this month.

With the Morrison government to announce its tourism assistance package on Thursday, industry leaders remain fearful the package won’t be enough to save the industry.
