No end in sight for travel sector's 'horror movie'
Australian Federation of Travel Agents chief executive Jayson Westbury said business had been in free fall since the Morrison government effectively banned overseas travel to deal with the coronavirus pandemic.
Mr Westbury said the 3000 travel agency stores in Australia – which employed more than 40,000 people – would not make it through the next six months without government support.
