Australia's 14th richest person has a clear message for the nation: it's time to take the tracksuit pants off and let industry drive us out of recession.

It's what every boss is thinking – but it takes the nation's 14th richest man to just come out and say it.
"The country needs to get back to work," said Lang Walker, the founder of Walker Corporation, the nation's largest privately owned property development company, which currently has about $35 billion worth of projects in the pipeline over the next 15 years.
