Corporate Travel Management founder Jamie Pherous has blamed a dividend drought for offloading $31.5 million worth of shares in the business travel outfit.

The sale of Mr Pherous’s 1.5 million shares at $21 each, first revealed by Street Talk, means the Corporate Travel chief executive has now offloaded almost $100 million in stock since 2013.
