“Right, what’s the plan?”

Steve Waugh has just arrived at the Sealevel Restaurant and everything is not as it should be. Waugh chose the restaurant, about 200 metres from his foundation’s office, partly because the food is good but mainly because the curved, floor-to-ceiling glass walls look straight down Cronulla Beach, making it very photogenic.
