The National Basketball League has hired consultancy and insolvency specialists KordaMentha to review the operations of the Illawarra Hawks over concerns it has repeatedly breached its licence agreement.
Sources with knowledge of the review, not authorised to speak publicly, told The Australian Financial Review KordaMentha had written to the Hawks this week asking to visit its Wollongong-based offices and review documents.
