Two former female executives at Super Retail Group who are suing the company over the terms of their exit received inappropriate advice from Harmers Workplace Lawyers, and the firm should be thrown off the case, the retailer’s counsel argued.
Super Retail operates more than 750 stores in Australia and New Zealand across the Supercheap Auto, Rebel Sport, BCF and Macpac brands.
