Endeavour Group director Bruce Mathieson jnr, the son of pubs billionaire Bruce Mathieson, says he was excluded from board meetings and “misrepresented” as supporting a letter to shareholders which rejected criticisms of the company made by his father.

The junior Mr Mathieson said on Wednesday that he was not invited to meetings, nor did he approve the content of the letter to shareholders and the investor slide deck which were published on October 10 on the ASX.
