Pressure is on Domino’s boss to deliver a turnaround

US-listed Domino’s Pizza Inc’s patience must be wearing thin. How much control will it exert over its local partner, the business led by Don Meij?

Fund managers are fixated on two issues: whether a broader management shake-up is needed to take the ASX-listed Domino’s Pizza Enterprises forward, and whether its leverage will require a capital raising given the share price is sitting at near-decade lows of around $30.
