'Not essential': Solomon Lew's Smiggle, Dotti stay shut

Solomon Lew's Premier Investments will keep its Smiggle, Peter Alexander and fashion stores closed until May 11 and has reiterated it will not pay rent while shops are shut.

While discretionary retailers such as Accent Group are tentatively reopening stores when they can comply with social distancing rules, and Westfield operator Scentre Group has urged tenants to keep stores open, Premier said its products and services were not essential.
