Mighty Craft collapses after calling off merger with Better Beer

Mighty Craft, the beverages group which owns 33 per cent of fast-growing Better Beer, has fallen into administration after months of teetering on the edge of financial collapse.

Mighty Craft had been trying to engineer a merger with Better Beer to help it out of its financial difficulties, but said it “appears unlikely” agreement would be reached for any deal. Instead, it appointed administrators from restructuring group Ankura.
