Meal kits group Marley Spoon seeks $56m for growth
Home meal kits group Marley Spoon says customers aren't ordering as frequently as they were when COVID-19 lockdowns were in full swing but the business is still growing at a healthy rate as it prepares to raise more capital to fund robust expansion plans.
Marley Spoon went into a trading halt on the ASX late on Thursday, as it looked to raise around $56 million in fresh capital at a time when its stock has soared more than 13 times since plunging to a low in March.
