Marley Spoon doubled local customers to 114,000 in lockdowns

Home meal kits group Marley Spoon almost doubled the number of Australian customers in the June quarter to 114,000 as more people stayed at home in the coronavirus pandemic and pursued home cooking.
Chief executive Fabian Siegel said the strong trends were continuing in July and early August, and predicted a further acceleration and that Marley Spoon would become a ''billion-dollar business'' in a couple of years if growth rates kept accelerating like they had.
