The new chief executive of gourmet food producer Maggie Beer aims to quadruple sales at the company to $300 million within five years, and will also retain the troublesome Paris Creek Farms dairy and yoghurt business after toying with a sale.

Kinda Grange, a former Goodman Fielder executive, outlined her strategy for Maggie Beer on Wednesday. It also includes an expansion into pasta products for the brand, as well as non-food lifestyle, entertaining and gardening products.
