JB Hi-Fi boss Terry Smart says sales momentum at the electronics retailing giant slowed moderately during the third quarter, but sees the company well-placed to capitalise on resilient consumer demand for the latest tech.
In a market update on Wednesday, the $11.3 billion retailer said sales grew 6.5 per cent, or by 6 per cent on a same-store basis, at its flagship Australian JB Hi-Fi stores in the three months to the end of March.
