Jayne Hrdlicka has begun working on resetting Endeavour Group’s strategy some five months before she formally starts at the hospitality giant that owns Dan Murphy’s, BWS and a string of pubs across the country.

The former Virgin Australia chief executive presented to more than 100 managers at Endeavour on Wednesday, and is expected to work in the business for two days a week as she approaches her official start date, people at the meeting but unauthorised to comment publicly said.
