Jack Cowin takes control of Domino’s Pizza as CEO makes shock exit

Jack Cowin will take on executive duties at Domino’s Pizza Enterprises after the chief executive of the global restaurant business where he is the largest shareholder abruptly quit less than a year after being appointed.

Despite the surprising exit of Mark van Dyck, the 82-year-old billionaire businessman said there was no fundamental problem with the company’s strategy.
