Former Sergio Rossi chief executive to run Country Road fashion house
Helen Wright is an Australian who has run several retailers in the United Kingdom, and will return this month to overhaul the troubled apparel powerhouse.
The former chief executive of Italian luxury shoe brand Sergio Rossi, Helen Wright, is joining Country Road Group as the new head of the retailer’s namesake brand after a turbulent year for the business.
Wright, an Australian, joins after significant management turmoil. Recruitment firm Johnson Partners helped with her appointment, while Spencer Stuart is seeking a new group chief executive with Raju Vuppalapati expected to leave.
