Former IRExchange execs in court after ASIC investigation

Three former executives of failed grocery marketplace IRExchange have been charged with giving false or misleading information to the corporate regulator’s probe into three capital raisings.

Former IRExchange chief executive Brett Charlton, chief financial officer Brett Coventry and company secretary Anand Sundaraj appeared at Downing Centre Local Court in Sydney on Tuesday charged with several breaches of corporate law following a five-year investigation by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
