Footwear retailer's new Trybe targets tiny feet

Retail spending may be down in the dumps but there is one category where consumers are still prepared to splash the cash – children’s shoes.
Footwear retailer Accent Group is planning to open at least 20 kids’ shoe stores catering to doting parents prepared to fork out $190 for a pair of Air Nikes for their toddler or $170 for boots for their pre-teens.
