Country Road Group has appointed a former Levi Strauss executive to oversee its namesake brand as it seeks to rebuild following a sexual harassment scandal and staff exodus.
Country Road – which operates its eponymous brand along with Mimco, Trenery, Witchery and Politix – is owned by South Africa’s Woolworths Holdings, the Johannesburg-listed retailer that used to own department store David Jones.
