Investors in recently listed hotel and drinks giant Endeavour Group have been rocked by the unexpected departure of its hotels managing director, Bruce Mathieson jnr.

Less than four months after Endeavour demerged from Woolworths and listed on the stock exchange as a stand-alone company, Mr Mathieson, the son of Australia’s most successful hotelier, Bruce Mathieson, has resigned to pursue other interests.
