Candles and homewares retailer Dusk has scrapped the proposed $28 million acquisition of candle supplies business Eroma less than three months after it trumpeted what a winning combination the two businesses would make.
Dusk, which operates 127 bricks and mortar stores and an online division, announced the agreement to buy Eroma on December 17 in a cash and shares deal.
