Dusk lights up on $28m buy of Eroma candle supplies

The chief executive of homewares and candles retailer Dusk says its newly acquired Eroma business, which sells fragrances, oils and wax supplies, will help accelerate growth in a sector that has global shortages of higher-priced fragrances.

Peter King said the $28 million acquisition of Eroma, which is based in south-east Queensland, will be highly complementary to the existing Dusk retail operations. Dusk operates 127 bricks and mortar stores and an online division.
