Laura McBain, the former boss of Bellamy's Australia, has resigned as a director, cutting all ties with the organic baby food and formula maker.
Mrs McBain stepped down as Bellamy's CEO on January 11, after the stock was suspended for five weeks following missteps in the key Chinese baby formula market. Mrs McBain was replaced by chief operating officer Andrew Cohen on an interim basis.
