The long-serving Australian chief executive of skincare brand Aesop, which was sold to L’Oréal last year in a blockbuster $US2.53 billion deal, is exiting the business.

After more than two decades leading the Melbourne-founded Aesop, Michael O’Keeffe will on Tuesday finish up in the top job, which he has held since 2003.
