Adgemis makes bold play to reclaim Public Hospitality’s lost pubs

Jon Adgemis wants to reunify Public Hospitality Group by attempting to buy the five high-profile Sydney pubs that New York lender Muzinich & Co took control of last week in a deal pitched at making staff whole and providing some money for unsecured creditors.

Sources with knowledge of the situation told The Australian Financial Review that Mr Adgemis’ private company Jaga Investments intends to submit an offer to the administrators of Oxford House, The Exchange in Darlinghurst, The Norfolk, The Strand Hotel and Camelia Grove Hotel.
