McKinsey has launched a new internal training academy it says will help the organisation turn its managers into that most sought-after of modern executives: a leader who understands both business and technology.

The academy – informally known as the “unicorn program” – is part of the strategy consulting firm’s push into information technology via its Build by McKinsey service.
