The office is “even more relevant” after COVID-19, with bosses seeking creative ideas to tempt workers back five days a week, says the global head of Danish group ISS, one of the world’s biggest providers of workplace services such as cleaning and catering.
“The big challenge right now for office space customers across the world is how do I get people back more broadly across the week instead of just Tuesday to Thursday,” says ISS chief executive Jacob Aarup-Andersen in an interview with The Australian Financial Review during his first-ever visit to Australia.
