National law firm Thomson Geer has promised staff an average 10 per cent pay rise, with its CEO citing unprecedented wage inflation in an “overheating economy”.
Adrian Tembel, who is also chairman of South Australian Productivity Commission, told the firm’s 130 partners on Friday that after a solid start to 2021-22, “we can afford it”.
