The senator who helped reveal the full extent of the PwC tax leaks scandal has a message for anyone in professional services who thinks the industry will be able to move on quickly from the issues it exposed now that 2023 is drawing to a close.
“Those within the audit, accounting and consulting sectors seeking immediate reprieve from this ongoing scrutiny should readjust their expectations,” Labor’s Deborah O’Neill tells AFR Weekend.
