Gilbert + Tobin co-founder Danny Gilbert acknowledges that some lawyers struggle to manage the "pressures of sustained hard work" but rejects the "vicious" complaint made to SafeWork NSW.

"I'm happy to receive complaints where we should lift our game, but I'm not happy when I think that there are untruths about this place. And this is a place that is deeply committed to the quality of the workplace," he said.
