Monadelphous chief executive Rob Velletri has warned the engineering group will continue to struggle to find enough workers for projects even when Western Australia’s border is open.
The company earlier posted a 4 per cent drop in interim net profit to $30.8 million, but underlying earnings beat analyst forecasts, sending its shares 8.1 per cent higher in afternoon trade.
