Consulting firm Bain assisted National Australia Bank with its strategy formulation in the first half of the year and continues to provide advice to the bank’s executives.
The strategy refresh, unveiled by NAB chief executive Andrew Irvine late last month, emphasises a renewed focus on customers with the goal to become “the most customer-centric company” in Australia and New Zealand.
