AI technology such as ChatGPT could spell the end of the billable hour, according to the leader of Australia’s largest law firm, MinterEllison CEO Virginia Briggs.
Ms Briggs told The Australian Financial Review the calculation that still dominates legal work in Australia was not “a true measure of value”.
