Consulting group Sayers Group will rebrand as Tenet Advisory & Investments and change its governance structure as it attempts to draw a line under a lewd photo scandal involving its co-founder.

The firm is also changing its governance structure, but details of those changes, including key appointments to its board, are still being decided.
