A court hearing between major law firm Norton Rose Fulbright and an ex-partner over his ousting ended in fireworks last Thursday as the latter accused the judge of being “grossly disrespectful” and stormed out of the room.
The hearing was originally meant to focus on scheduling dates, as the long-running legal battle between Norton Rose and Thomas Martin was due to come to a head before the full Federal Court next month.
