KPMG pay growth slows in tough market

Pay growth has slowed for most KPMG staff amid a difficult consulting market and firm-wide restructures that are set to eliminate more than 200 roles.
Softer revenue has also hit end-of-year bonuses for the firm’s consultants, whose directors have seen base pay increase by just 1 per cent over the past two years.
