Freehills in court over petrol giant’s $300,000 in unpaid fees

Herbert Smith Freehills will head to mediation with petrol giant United Petroleum next month, as a dispute over a failed IPO that began more than seven years ago nears its conclusion.
According to documents filed in the Victorian Supreme Court, HSF will seek to recover up to $335,725 from the retail chain, which is controlled by Rich Listers Avi Silver and Eddie Hirsch.
