A long-serving judicial registrar says the Federal Circuit and Family Court is a toxic workplace that destroyed her life, accusing former colleagues of inappropriately interfering in her decision-making.

Ann Sturgess, who worked in the court’s Lighthouse division dealing with matters that had the highest risk of family violence, drug and alcohol misuse and child abuse, left in October after two decades as a registrar.
