The Federal Court of Australia faces the prospect of being audited after failing to properly account for at least $933,000 of internal legal spending.
Greens senator David Shoebridge has referred the court to the Australian National Audit Office and claims he has “received advice informally from some in the agency that the $933,000 figure falls well below the actual amount spent”.
