Victorian Director of Public Prosecutions Kerri Judd, KC, will join the state’s Supreme Court, less than a year after it emerged she had made complaints about the conduct of two sitting judges.

In a note to colleagues on Tuesday morning, Ms Judd said working at the Office of Public Prosecutions could be “challenging” and that she had “mixed feelings of sadness and joy” about leaving.
