Accounting firms reluctant to mandate COVID-19 vaccination

Accounting firms are unlikely to follow the big four consulting giants in requiring staff to be double-jabbed, fearful of impinging on the rights of their employees and arguing that high vaccine take-up means such a move is unnecessary.

Another reason cited for their reluctance to mandate the vaccine was the lack of clear legal backing to enforce such a rule, with many firms noting they were “strongly encouraging” their professionals to get the jab.
