Accenture has purchased cloud-computing specialist Industrie&Co in a deal worth between $40 and $50 million as part of an ongoing plan by the global consultancy to expand its ability to provide cloud-based software services to clients.
The purchase means Industrie&Co’s senior executives – Sydney-based chief executive Con Zeritis, 44, and the company’s Hong-Kong based managing director Antony Morris, 57 – will become Accenture managing directors.
