Lynas Rare Earths has warned of a big drop in production because of water supply issues that have plagued its processing plant in Malaysia.
The world’s biggest non-China producer of rare earths has been battling water supply problems for months, but they have come to a head after its supplier suffered a “catastrophic equipment failure” in early September.
