Craig Ransley is a former machinist turned millionaire who has had multiple regulatory scraps, but now faces the ire of a company linked to 84-year-old former corporate raider Peter Yunghanns.
Mr Ransley has been accused of secretly triggering the sale of shares in Queensland coal miner Terracom held by a trust, and having the trust’s overseas trustee withhold from investors proceeds from another sale.
