Sexual harassment class action to target BHP, Rio

Every female employee of BHP and Rio Tinto of the past 20 years will be invited to join class actions alleging sexual harassment, after Brisbane law firm JGA Saddler started legal proceedings on Wednesday.
JGA Saddler lawyer Josh Aylward said he had advised two unnamed women in the filing of two separate claims – one against BHP and one against Rio.
